Geofence Jobs

Geofence jobs are a sub-feature of Geofencing. They provide a way to assign default jobs to predefined Geofences. This feature will allow your employees to accept a preselected job when clocking onto their mobile app or entirely skip the job selection step depending on the level of Geofence Job enforcement.

Note: This feature is only available in the Business or Enterprise plans.

To utilise this feature, you must have the following enabled:

• Geofencing
• Job Costing

Enabling Geo Jobs

As Geofence Jobs are a sub feature of Geofencing, you can enable this feature by going to the Geofence settings screen.

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Geofences
3. Click on Geofence settings
4. Here is where you will see the Geofence Jobs heading
   
5. Select either 'Suggested' or 'Enforced'
   Your employee Mobile App clocking process will be as follows depending on enforcement severity as set above\
   
   • Suggested
     • Employee taps on a Clocking event via the BundyPlus Now App
     • For each Job activity Level set, the default Geo Job will be 'selected' in the list
     • Employee can click next on each screen to accept the suggestion
     • Employee taps Save to save the clocking event
   • Enforced
     • Employee taps on a Clocking event via the BundyPlus Now App
       
     • Employee will be presented with the Confirmation screen with the Default Job costing values preselected.
     • Employee taps Save to save the clocking event
6. Click Save

Configure this feature

Note: This section assumes Jobs and Geofences have been created.

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Geofences
3. Click on a Geofence to edit
4. Click on the Geo Jobs tab
5. Select your Jobs in the dropdown menu options

6. Click Save
