Scheduled reports are designed to deliver the information you need at a specific time of day.
This feature is only available on the Enterprise Plan. Please review your current subscription to confirm if this option is included.
- Go to Reports
- Under the Advance Section, click Schedule Reports
- Click Add Report
- Fill out all the required details such as:
- Name of the Report
- Report Type
There are 3 Report types:
Attendance Roll Call Report - Provides real-time visibility of who’s on-site, off-site, or absent, ensuring workplace safety and accountability during emergencies or daily operations.
Employee Export Report - Provides a summary of all employees loaded into the application, including essential details such as Name, Payroll Number, Notes, Groups, and Status.
Clock Status Report - Keeps your time clocks on track with real-time updates on connectivity status. Quickly spot and fix issues to ensure accurate and compliant attendance data.
- Event Time
- Email address you want the report to be sent
- Note: A comma separated list of emails where alerts are to be sent
- Click Save
Note: You can click Send Now to trigger the report immediately.
