Job costing will allow employee to clock onto or between jobs to assign their time accordingly.
Enabling the Feature
- Go to Settings
- Click on Application Settings
- Click on the Job Costing tab
- Check the Feature enabled checkbox
- Click Save
Configuring the Feature
Setting Details:
Trigger on:
- In Only - The Job costing will only trigger when an employee chooses the Clock IN option via the Mobile App.
Best Practice: When employees are only required to clock on to one job a day - Transfer Only - Will enable a new 'Transfer' option on the mobile app. Functions slightly different to the Clock In option in that it can clock the employee off the previous job and will assign the employee onto the new job selected.
Best practice: When employees transfer between multiple jobs a day. - IN & Transfer - Enabled both options above on the mobile app.
Level settings
Levels: Levels will determine how many job levels are displayed to employees via the BundyPlus Now Mobile App.
- One Level
- Two Level
- Three levels
- Four Levels
Additional Validation options:
- Level 1 activity validation
- Level 2 activity validation (Displays when Two levels selected)
- Level 3 activity validation (Displays when Three levels selected)
- Level 4 activity validation (Displays when Four levels selected)
- Use Managed level triggering (Linked levels)
