Import/Export User Profiles

If you are using the Uface E series devices with ClockComms and need to transfer user profiles and images between devices, we can utilise the Import/Export process on the device.

Requirements:

USB in FAT32 format

1. Plug the USB into the USB port on the device
2. Enter Settings (Bottom right)
3. Tap Personnel Management
4. Tap on the three dots (Top right)
5. Tap Import/Export user data
   • Import: Used when you want to upload the data from the USB to the Device
   • Export: Used when you would like to extract the data from the Device onto the USB
6. Check the information you want to export
   
   • User Info - Profile details
     
   • Person Photo - Registration images
     
7. Tap Import/Export – This button will remain greyed out if the device does not recognise a USB is plugged in.
