Uface E Series Multi Verification

E series Uface devices are capable of registering multiple employee verification methods. With this, we can utilise multi factor authentication for employees when clocking onto devices.

Limitations

• Face and card recognition profiles are the only methods that can synchronise with other devices in the BundyPlus Environment.
• Fingerprint and password recognition DO NOT synchronise with other devices within the BundyPlus Environment.
  • This means these methods will need to be replicated on each device within your BundyPlus Environment
• Verification methods DO NOT synchronise between devices

1. Tap on Settings (bottom right)
2. Tap on Personnel Management
3. Set your required verification methods
   1. Face Recognition
      1. Tap on Registration...
      2. Tap on the square and register each face
      3. Ensure 3 images are stored
      4. Tap the back arrow to return to the Personnel Management screen
   2. Card Recognition
      1. Tap Card No.
      2. Enter card number
         • Hover the card over the Card section on the bottom of the screen OR
         • Enter the card number in the field above
      3. Tap Save
   3. Password Recognition
      1. Tap on Password
      2. Enter password (Must be 6 digits)
      3. Tap Save
   4. Fingerprint Recognition (FP Models only)
      1. Tap on Fingerprint
         
      2. Tap on New Fingerprint
         
      3. Follow the prompts
   5. QR Code (Not supported)
4. Tap on Verification Mode
5. De-select any Single Access Methods
6. Select your preferred Multi-Verification method
   • Face + Card
   • Password + Card
7. Tap Save
   If the device shows an error, return to step 3, set the required verification method, and save.
8. You have now set the verification mode for this employee.
9. Repeat for each employee required.
