Forgot password on the Uface E Series Time Clock

Use this guide if you have forgotten your password and need it reset.

1. Tap on the settings icon at the bottom right
2. Tap on the grey text Forgot PW?
   
3. Write down the random number and serial number displayed
   • Also take a photo of this screen as backup
   • Note that this code is only valid for a short amount of time
     
4. Send this code to BundyPlus Support requesting a Verification code for a password reset with both the written details and the photo of the Forgot password screen.
   Email: [e-mail]
5. BundyPlus will send you a verification code
6. Go back into the settings screen
7. Tap on the grey text Forgot PW?
8. Tap on Next
9. Enter the Verification code
   
10. You will be taken to a screen to set your new password.
    
11. Tap Save
12. You will then be taken back to the settings login page
