Register an Employee (Uface E Series)

Your time clock will download the list of employees from your cloud account as it has already been connected and configured on leaving BundyPlus production.

If you don't require your time clock connected to the cloud system, please view this guide here.

All you will need to do is register images for each employee.

1. Tap on the Settings icon at the bottom right
2. Enter your password (Default password is: 'password')
   
3. Tap Personnel Management
   
4. Tap on any Employee name
   
5. Registration process per mode:
   • Face Recognition (Use the attached document found at the bottom of the page for Registration tips)
     1. Tap on 'Registration ...'
     2. Tap on the +
     3. Take photo following the clocks directions
     4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to take 3 images
     5. Tap back arrow as images save as they are taken
   • Fingerprint Recognition (FP models only)
     
     1. Tap on Fingerprint
     2. Tap on New Fingerprint
     3. Follow the clocks directions to save a fingerprint
     4. (Optional) Repeat steps 2 and 3 to save multiple fingerprints
     5. Tap back arrow as images save as they are taken
   • Password Recognition
     1. Tap on Password
     2. Enter a 6 digit password
     3. Tap Save
   • Card/Fob Recognition
     1. Tap on Card No.
     2. Hover Card over bottom hover square
     3. Tap Save
     4. Go back to the Home screen
     5. Clock onto the device using the card
     6. This will update the card number field in the employees profile in the cloud account.
6. Confirm your chosen recognition method is an enabled Verification Mode
   1. Tap Verification Mode
   2. Select the mode/s chosen in Step 5 under single access Method Note: Only select the method/s you have set up in step 5. Deselect everything else.
   3. Tap Save
7. Repeat steps 4 and 6 to register each employee
