Pronto Xi (File)

This integration will allow you to seamlessly sync your employee attendance details between BundyPlus Live and Pronto Xi (File). This guide will take you through the configuration steps.

Requirements

• Timesheets are required to be approved before exporting is possible.
• Pay item export text must match Pronto Xi pay item ID's

Configure the Integration

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Integrations
   
3. Search for Pronto Xi (File)
4. Click on Connect
5. Check the Enabled checkbox
6. Select Email delivery method
7. Enter a notification email address you would like the export file to be sent.
8. Click Save

Create your Payrun

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Payruns under the Payroll section
3. Click Add Payrun at the top right
4. Enter the Payrun Name. eg. Pronto, Weekly etc
   
5. Click Next
6. Enter Pay Cycle details
   
7. Select the Export type as Pronto
   
8. Click Next
9. (Optional) Select the employees you wish to assign to this payrun - you can skip this step if you do not have any employees to add. We can add them after creating this payrun.
   
10. Click Next
11. Enable "Do you want to make this your onboarding default payrun?" checkbox.
    
12. Click Save
