The iPayroll integration with BundyPlus Live allows you to directly import/export employee profiles and timesheet data to streamline your payroll process.
This article will detail how to configure the API integration
Requirements:

API specific user with the API User access within iPayroll
Found in Setup > Users > Open user's profile > Under Access section
Note: We will use this account to connect to your iPayroll account
Connecting to iPayroll
- Go to Settings
- Click on Integrations
- Search for iPayroll

Click Connect
- Check the Enabled checkbox
- Click on the Connect button

Enter your iPayroll API users details
Note: This is the iPayroll user with the API Role assigned. - Click on the Log In button - You will be redirected back to BundyPlus Live
- Click Save
You have now successfully integrated iPayroll with BundyPlus Live.
Create your payrun
- Go to Settings
- Click on Payruns
- Click Add Payrun
- Name your Payrun (Example: iPayroll/Full Time/Casual etc)
- Select your Pay Cycle (Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly)
- Select your Pay Cycle start date (Must match iPayroll pay cycle)
- Select iPayroll as your Export type
- Enable Do you want to schedule automatic importing?

Select your Import Frequency:
- Hourly: Import employees every hour on the hour. eg, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm etc
- Daily: Import daily at a specified time.
- Weekly: Import weekly at a specified day and time.

Manual: Import only when clicking the Import Now button in the Settings > Payruns screen
Note: This Import Now button will always appear for any mode to allow for ad-hoc import requirements
- Click Next
- Click Next (We will be importing employees on a later step in the guide)

Click Save
Note: Ensure the option to 'Do you want to make this your onboarding default payrun?' is selected
Import Employees
- Go to Settings
- Click on Payruns

Click on the Import Now button under the Auto Import Column
- This will now start the import process for both Employees and Pay items
- Once the import process is complete, you can go to the Employees section and see your list of employees
