If your BundyPlus account is integrated with Xero and you encounter any of the errors below during export or import, you’ll need to reconnect your Xero integration.
Common error messages:
Error during Export Payrun:
- The resource you have specified cannot be found
Error during Import:
- Aborted task, API connection issue
- Unable to refresh token for provider Xero Code: 400 – ErrorMessage: invalid_grant
- Go to Settings in Bundyplus.
- Select Integrations.

Locate Xero and click Details.

Click Disconnect from Xero.

Click Connect to Xero
- You will be asked to login your Xero Account. Ensure you are logging in with an account that has Payroll Admin permissions.

Choose from the list of organization. If you’re unable to choose, proceed with the 1 organisation already authorised.
- You’ll be redirected back to the BundyPlus portal. Please ensure the correct Xero Tenant is selected.

Click Save to complete the reconnection.
