If you want to assign an employee with a PIN, there are two ways to do this depending on their status:
New Employee:
- Enter Admin menu by tapping on the top left Icon
- Tap Users
- Tap on the Blue +
- Enter Employee ID
- Tap Cancel
- Tap No
- Tap User Authentication
- Tap Security PIN
- Enter new PIN
- Press Enter
You have now created a PIN enabled employee.
Existing Employee:
- Enter Admin menu by tapping on the top left Icon
- Tap Users
- Tap on the employee you wish to give PIN access
- Tap User Authentication
- Tap Security PIN
- Enter new PIN
- Press Enter
- (Optional - Biometric Clocks) Tap BIO Management
- Tap Delete
- Tap Yes
You have now migrated an employee from a Biometric employee to a PIN enabled employee
