Requirements
- USB memory stick (FAT32 format)
- Philips head screwdriver
- Latest Firmware provided to you by BundyPlus Support

USB Preparation
- Plug the USB into your PC
- Place the firmware file onto the USB ensuring the name of the file is Application.bin
- Eject the USB Safely
Time Clock preparation
- Download any clockings that may still be on the clock via ClockComms
- Undo the screw at the top of the Clock with a Philips head screwdriver
- Leverage the top of the clock upwards and pull the face of the clock toward you
Note: There is a plastic notch here that the front plastic case needs to clear when being leveraged and pulled down
Firmware Upgrade Steps
- Turn the time clock switch to the off position (See image below)

Locate and Insert the USB at the bottom-right edge of the clock (See image below)
Note: This is labelled on the metal shield with AUX USB - There will be two buttons on the left side. Press and hold the button closest to the floor (See image below)
- Whilst holding the button down, turn the clock on and hold (the button) until you hear a loud buzz signifying the clock has started its firmware upgrade. Then you can release the button
- Once the clock has completed its firmware upgrade, you will hear a successful trilling sound. The clock will now reboot
- Remove the USB
- Close the Time Clock
- Check the firmware version has been upgraded as expected by tapping on the top-right of the home screen.
- Place the screw back at the top
Testing and Configuration
- Ensure you can Ping the Time Clock via command prompt
- Issue a Set Daylight Savings and Set Time and Date command to the clock
