Enter the configuration mode, by typing “99999DDMM” where: DD is the time clocks day e.g. 23 for the 23rd day of the month MM is the time clocks month e.g. 08 for August Example: “999992308” Note: The DDMM is based on what the clock displays the current day and month is.
Once you have entered the configuration menu, use the keypad to navigate the menu icons. 2 - Go Up 4 - Go Left 6 - Go Right 8 - Go Down
A static IP address will now need to be set. This IP address will need to be assigned by your network administrator (must be out of the DHCP range). Move down to menu item 1.2 and press ENTER. Key the new IP address required. CANCEL button will go back one character. The up arrow indicates which character is currently being set. Note that if the third element in the standard address is “1” you will still need to enter “001”.
Once the complete number is entered, press ENTER and the new value will be displayed and saved.
If you need to change any other values such as Default Gateway or Subnet mask, please continue down the menu list and change accordingly.
Otherwise, Press cancel
Press Enter
The Time clock will now start Auto-Configuring its new network details.
This same IP address needs to be entered into ClockComms within BundyPlus under “Clockcomms Utility”.
