Enabling Repeat Mode

One of the ways to setup ClockComms is to have it in Repeat Mode. This mode allows you to have the software running on a server in your company network and have it preconfigured to download your clocking transactions every second/minute/hour/day. 

Configuring Repeat Mode

1. Open ClockComms Utility
2. Enter the Settings
   1. Click Settings at the top right 
   2. If already in Repeat mode, press Ctrl + M on your Keyboard.
3. Click Repeat Mode
   In this screen, you have the ability to run the commands in each column as a continuous/periodic/daily event
   Recommendations:
   Poll Time Clock - Continuous Event; 9 seconds
Set Time and Date - Daily Event (Multiple); (1am, 4am, 7am, 9am)
Set Daylight Savings - Daily Event (Multiple); (1am, 4am, 7am, 9am)
Download Clockings - Continuous Event; 9 Seconds
Upload Employees - Daily Event*
Upload Jobs - Periodic*
   Cloud Options (Ensure Cloud API has been enabled)
   Cloud Mode:Upload Clockings to Cloud - Periodic; 15 minutes
   Desktop Mode: Download Clockings from Cloud - Periodic; 15 minutes

* Only when Only upload file(s) if changed Checkbox is enabled (Bottom of the window)

Enabling Repeat Mode

1. Check Repeat Enabled (Top left)
2. Click Save
3. Click Close
