Import Employees from MYOB Advanced Payroll

After integrating BundyPlus Live with MYOB Advanced Payroll, the next steps involve creating the payrun and importing employees. This guide will cover setting up the payrun cycle and configuring how often employees are imported or synced from MYOB.

Creating the Payrun

1. From the my.bundyplus.com.au dashboard, click on Settings
2. Click on Payruns
   
3. Click on the green Add Payrun button at the top right
4. Enter the payrun name - 'MYOB Advanced' for example
5. Click Next
   
6. Enter the Pay cycle frequency
7. Enter a Start date - This can be a date in the past. As this field solely creates the timesheet cycle.
8. Set the Export type to MYOB Advanced Payroll
9. Enable the checkbox next to Do you want to schedule automatic importing
10. Select the import/sync frequency between BundyPlus and MYOB
    
    • Hourly - Will import/sync every hour on the hour (7am, 8am, 9am etc)
    • Daily - Will import/sync once a day at the specified time
    • Manual - Will only import/sync when triggered In any of the above modes, you will always have access to a button to manually trigger the import.
11. Click Next
12. In the Employees step: Click Next
13. In the Review step: Ensure the ...On-boarding default checkbox is selected.
14. Click Save
15. You will be taken back to the Payruns screen to view your new payrun
16. Click on the Import Now button to import all active employees in MYOB Advanced Payroll

All employees will now be imported.
