This guide explains how to assign a supervisor role to an employee and invite them to the cloud system. Administrators grant web browser access with the supervisor role, then send the invitation. This ensures the supervisor can oversee their group and manage timesheets effectively.
Granting Supervisor Access
- Go to Employees
- Click on the Employees name
- Click on the Login tab
- Click on Internet Browser access

Select the Supervisor role

Enter the Supervisor's email address in the username field
- Click Save and Invite
- Click Send

A green Invite sent popup will appear when successful
- Repeat steps 2-8 for each supervisor
