Sending an invite to Users who have been granted extended access (app/browser) is quite a simple process. There are a few ways to send invites. However, there are a few pre-requisites:
- Extended access has already been granted to the user (Employee/Manager/Supervisor). Guide here

You acknowledge and accept the extra charges associated with the extended access.
You can view the extra costs as an account owner via the Settings > Subscriptions page.
Sending your invite/s
Option 1
- Go to Employees
- Click on the Employee's name
- Click on the Save and Re-Invite button
- Click Send
- You will now see a 'Pending' status next to the employees name.
This pending status will clear once the employee completes their onboarding status
Option 2 - Individual via Dashboard Widget
- Go to your Dashboard
- Scroll down the page until you see the 'Onboarding' widget
- From here, you will be able to click on any Send Invite button to re-send the invite email.
You have now sent an Invite to an individual employee.
