This article will detail how to edit timesheets in a way to ensure employee records are correct and up to date if an employee has forgotten to clock in/out/paid or unpaid break.
We have two ways in which we can edit employee timesheets. The first being simple and the second being more in-depth.
Basic Timesheet editing
- Click on the green pay start or pay end clocking times
- Add/edit the clocking in the next window

- Click Save
In-Depth timesheet editing
- Click the date corresponding to the clocking/s you would like to edit
- This screen will display an overview of the day
- Click on a specific clocking to edit or Select Add clocking
- These will open the edit and add clocking windows as seen above.
- Click Save when done
