- Click Employees
- Click Add Employee
- Fill in required fields (marked with a red *)
- Click Next
- Edit the Payroll details as necessary
- Click Next
- Confirm Access rights
- Tick 'Allow mobile app access?' if they will be using the mobile app to clock in/out
- Tick 'Allow internet browser access?' to allow web browser access.
- Tick 'Allow time clock access?' Time clock Access to allow them to be seen on the time clock
- (Optional) If you have selected option 7.1 or 7.2 above, Input the employee's email in the 'Username (Email)' field.
- (Optional) If you have selected option 7.2 above, Select the relevant roles below:
- Administrator - Access to timesheet approval, settings and integrations
- Manager - Access to timesheet approval and a majority of settings
- Payroll Officer - Access to timesheet approval and a majority of settings
- Supervisor - Access to add clockings for their employees and approval of timesheets
- Select the applicable groups
- Click Next
- Click Save
