Connecting to ClockComms

In order to connect your cloud with your ClockComms software, please follow the below instructions:

Cloud

1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Integrations
3. Search for ClockComms
   
4. Click Connect
   
5. Click Enabled
6. Copy the Consumer Key
   
7. Click Save

Desktop

1. Open ClockComms
2. Click on Settings
   
   
3. Click Application
4. Click the External Database tab
   
   
5. Choose BundyPlus Cloud APIv2 in the Interface Type
6. Select the Interface Mode
   • Desktop - Downloads the data from the cloud into your BundyPlus Studio Application
   • Cloud - Uploads clockings from physical time clocks to the cloud.
7. Paste your Consumer Key that you got from the cloud into the Consumer Key Field
8. Click Test
9. Click OK
   
   
10. Click Save
11. Click on Application
12. Click on the Timeclock Commands tab
13. Select Cloud command depending on the Interface Mode (Top right)
    
    • Desktop - Select Download Clockings from Cloud
      
      
    • Cloud - Select Upload Clockings to Cloud
      
      
14. Click Save
15. Click Close

Desktop: Create the Cloud Time Clock

1. Click Time Clocks
2. Click Add
   
   
3. Change the Name to Cloud or something similar
4. Change the Model to BundyPlus Cloud API
   
   
5. Click Next
6. Click Test Cloud API Connection
   
7. Click Save

You will now have another Command to either 
Download Clockings from Cloud or Upload Clockings to Cloud

Once done, you can close out of ClockComms and go back to the dashboard of your cloud
