Configuring a time clock to private mode enhances security and control within your workplace. This setting restricts access to the time clock, allowing only authorized employees to use it. By privatising the device, you can prevent misuse, streamline time clock management, and protect sensitive areas. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up your time clock to private mode, ensuring it meets your operational needs effectively.

- Click on the Group name
- Click on the Time Clocks tab
- Select the Available filter
- Click on the green Add button to the right of the Device/s you want assigned to the group
- Click Save

Once the time clock has had its settings saved, it will now re-sync with the system to add/remove employees based on group access.
