If you need to temporarily pause your BundyPlus subscription without losing any of your settings or data, you can place your account in hibernation. Follow these simple steps to hibernate your subscription:

Log in to Your BundyPlus Account:
- Visit the BundyPlus website and log in with your credentials. -
Navigate to the Subscription Settings:
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select "Subscription" from the dropdown menu. -
Select "Hibernate Subscription":
- Scroll down to find the "Hibernate Subscription" option.
- Click on it to initiate the hibernation process. -
Confirm Hibernation:
- A prompt will appear to confirm your decision. Review the details of what hibernation entails (e.g., temporary pause, no data loss, reactivation at any time).
- Click "YES" to proceed. -
Receive Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email that your subscription has been successfully hibernated.
Important Notes:
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging back into your account and selecting a Subscription Plan that fits your requirements.
- Support: If you encounter any issues during the process, please contact our support team for assistance.

Log into BundyPlus Live (my.bundyplus.com.au)
Ensure you are the Account Owner - Click on Settings

Click on Subscriptions and Billing
You will only see this if you are the Account Owner - Click on Hibernate Account under the Subscription Plans and Billings heading
- Follow the confirmations
You have now hibernated your account.
