Zambion V2

Zambion's integration with BundyPlus Live allows you to directly import/export employee timesheet data to streamline your payroll process.

This article will detail how to configure the API interface.

First, you will need the following:

• Zambion Client ID
• Zambion Secret

Configuring the API

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Integrations
3. Search for Zambion
   
4. Click Connect
   
5. Click the Enabled checkbox
6. Enter your Zambion Client ID
7. Enter your Zambion Secret
   
   
8. Click Save

Create your Payrun

1. Go to Settings > Payruns > Add Payrun
2. Enter Details and go Next
3. Leave the date details as this does not affect the transactions being sent
4. Change export type to Zambion
5. Check Do you want to schedule automatic exporting? and select an Export Frequency
6. Check Do you want to schedule automatic importing? and select an Import Frequency
7. Click Next
8. Click Next (You will import your employees into this Payrun once the API is connected)
9. Click Save

Import Employees

1. Go to Settings > Payruns
2. Click on the Import Employees Now button under the Auto Import Column
   • This will now start the employee import process into BundyPlus Live
3. Once the import process is complete, you can go to the Employees section and see your list of employees

You have now successfully configured your Zambion API.
