Register an Employee with a Password

Your time clock will download the list of employees from your cloud account as it has already been connected and configured on leaving BundyPlus production.

Important Note: The employee password setting does not automatically apply to all devices in the environment. To set the same password for multiple devices, you must manually follow the process for each employee on each individual device.

1. Tap on the Settings icon at the bottom right
2. Enter your password (Default: password)
   
3. Tap User Management
   
4. Tap on any Employee ID
   
5. Tap on the Password field
   
6. Enter a 6 digit password
7. Tap on the return key (Bottom right key on the keyboard)
8. Uncheck any unwanted verification modes
9. Check 'Password'
10. Tap Save
11. Repeat steps 4-10 for each employee that requires a password set

Clocking process for this employee

1. Tap on bottom left icon
2. Type Employee ID
3. Tap Next
4. Enter 6 digit Password
5. Clock will recognise and save the clocking event
