Uface Standard Series Multi Verification

S series Uface devices are capable of registering multiple employee verification methods. With this, we can utilise multi factor authentication for employees when clocking onto devices.

Limitations

• Face and card recognition profiles are the only methods that can synchronise with other devices in the BundyPlus Environment.
• Fingerprint and password recognition DO NOT synchronise with other devices within the BundyPlus Environment.
  • This means these methods will need to be replicated on each device within your BundyPlus Environment
• Verification methods DO NOT synchronise between devices

1. Tap on Settings (bottom right)
2. Tap on User Management
   
3. Set your required verification methods
   1. Face Recognition
      1. Tap on each Square under Registration Photo
      2. Ensure 3 images are stored
   2. Card Recognition
      1. Auto:
         1. Tap Enroll Card No
         2. Hover the card over the Card section on the bottom of the device
            If successful, a number will appear in the Card No. field.
      2. Manual:
         1. Tap on the Card No. field
         2. Enter the physical Card number
      3. Tap Save
   3. Password Recognition
      1. Tap on the Open with Password (6-digit numbers) field
      2. Enter password (Must be 6 digits)
   4. QR Code (Not supported)
4. Tap on Verification Mode
5. De-select any Single Access Methods (Face, Card, Password)
   
6. Select your preferred Multi-Verification method
   • Face & Card
   • Card & Password
     
7. Tap Save
   If the device shows an error, return to step 3, set the required verification method, and save.
8. You have now set the verification mode for this employee.
9. Repeat for each employee required.
