Getting Started
Requirements
- Rapid Global API Credentials (Provided by your Rapid Global specialist)
- Active 'BundyPlus Live' Account
- (Situational) Document which site each face recognition device is located.
- Clocking direction MUST be enabled on each device
Enable the integration
Requirements for this stage: Rapid Global API Credentials
- Go to Settings
- Click on Integrations
- Search for Rapid Global

Click Connect
- Enable the Integration by clicking on the checkbox

Enter the API Credentials
- Username
- Password

Click the 'Test Connection' button
This will also sync the system and download all the sites currently configured in Rapid Global. -
On a successfull sync, the External ID field will list all sites in Rapid Global.
When this field is set, it will assign this Site ID to any clocking events that are made in the BundyPlus system that do not originate from our facial recognition devices (Uface). Eg. Mobile App, browser clocking event and events uploaded via ClockComms.
- Click Save
You have now integrated your BundyPlus account with Rapid Global. If you have a face recognition device, please continue with the guide.
Assign an External ID (Site) to a face recognition device
Requirements: Cloud compatible facial recognition device
- Go to Settings
- Click on Time Clock Terminals
- Click on the green model text on a time clock device
- Select the drop down menu under the 'Rapid Global' heading

Select the site this time clock is located
Once selected, this will set the External ID of the device. - Click Save
- Repeat steps 3 to 6 for each time clock as required.
Moving forward, any clocking events that are made on these devices, will automatically be assigned with the External ID set in this field above.
