Fusion 5 Integration (MyWorkPlace)

Configuring the Fusion5 integration will enable you to export clocking data to a pre-existing SFTP Server.

Requirements:

• Host address
• SFTP/FTP Login Details
  
  • Username
  • Password
• SFTP/FTP Port#

Enabling the integration

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Integrations
3. Search for Fusion5
4. Click Connect
5. Click the enabled checkbox
6. Enter Connection credentials
   
7. Enter Export directory details followed by a '/'
   This directory will be where BundyPlus Live will create the employee clocking text file usually the noted 'Inbound' folder on the SFTP server. 
8. Select Export file type as TXT
   
9. Enter Import directory details followed by a '/'
   
   
   
10. Click Save and Test
    If successful, you can now create your payrun. If Unsuccessful, please review your settings above.

Create your Payrun

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Payruns under the Payroll section
3. Click Add Payrun at the top right
4. Enter the Payrun Name. eg. Pronto, Weekly etc
   
5. Click Next
6. Enter Pay Cycle details
   
7. Select the Export type as Fusion5
   
8. Enable Do you want to schedule automatic importing? 
9. Select your Import Frequency:
   
   • Hourly: Import employees every hour on the hour. eg, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm etc
     
   • Daily: Import daily at a specified time.
   • Weekly: Import weekly at a specified day and time.
   • Manual: Import only when clicking the Import Now button in the Settings > Payruns screenNote: This Import Now button will always appear for any mode to allow for ad-hoc import requirements
10. Enable Do you want to schedule automatic exporting? 
11. Select your Export frequency
    
    • Hourly: Import employees every hour on the hour. eg, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm etc
      
    • Daily: Import daily at a specified time.
    • Weekly: Import weekly at a specified day and time.
    • Manual: Import only when clicking the Import Now button in the Settings > Payruns screen
      Note: This Import Now button will always appear for any mode to allow for ad-hoc import requirements
12. Click Next
13. Click Next
    You will import your employees into this Payrun once the necessary file is available in the SFTP Server)
14. Click Save
