MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management

MYOB WFM's integration with BundyPlus Live allows you to directly automate the import of employee profiles and the export of employee timesheet data to streamline your payroll process.

This article will detail how to configure the API interface.

Requirements

Within the MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management system:

  • Create an API User
    • Role: Manager with Finance
  • Location devices created in MYOB WFM
    • Device ID:  Uface Serial Number
    • Name: Can be the device location
    • Create a generic location device and name it Bundy[Companyname]Cloud

Configure your Integration

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Integrations
  3. Search for MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management
  4. Click Connect
  5. Check the Enabled checkbox
  6. Change the External Identifier field to the Generic Location device as set in MYOB WFM
    (eg. Bundy[Companyname]Cloud, BundyCompanyOneCloud)
  7. Click Connect
    You will be redirected to a MYOB Login page
  8. Log in using your MYOB Advanced WFM login credentials
  9. Click on Accept to maintain the Connection between BundyPlus and MYOB WFM
    You will then be redirected back to BundyPlus. If successful, you will see a red Disconnect Button.

Create your Payrun

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Payruns
  3. Click on Add Payrun

  4. Enter Details
  5. Click Next

  6. Leave the date details as this does not affect the transactions being sent
  7. Change export type to MYOB Acumatica Workforce Management
  8. Enable Do you want to schedule automatic importing? 
  9. Select your Import Frequency:
    • Hourly: Import employees every hour on the hour. eg, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm etc
    • Daily: Import daily at a specified time
    • Weekly: Import weekly at a specified day and time
    • Manual: Import only when clicking the Import Now button in the Settings > Payruns screen
      Note: This Import Now button will always appear for any mode to allow for ad-hoc import requirements

  10. Enable Do you want to schedule automatic exporting? 
  11. Select your Export frequency
    • Real-time: Export clocking events as they are uploaded into the cloud system
    • Hourly: Import employees every hour on the hour. eg, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm etc
    • Daily: Import daily at a specified time.
    • Weekly: Import weekly at a specified day and time.
    • Manual: Import only when clicking the Import Now button in the Settings > Payruns screen
      Note: This Import Now button will always appear for any mode to allow for ad-hoc import requirements

  12. Click Next
  13. Click Next (You will import your employees into this Payrun once the Payrun is created)
  14. Click Save

Import Employees

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Payruns
  3. Click on the Import Now button under the Auto Import Column.
    This will now start the employee import process into BundyPlus Live.

  4. Once the import process is complete, you can go to the Employees section and see your list of employees

You have now fully configured your MYOB Advanced WFM Integration.
