Payglobal
Configuring the MYOB Payglobal integration will enable you to export clocking data to a pre-existing SFTP Server.
Requirements:
- Host address
- SFTP Login Details
- Username
- Password
Enabling the integration
- Go to Settings
- Click on Integrations
- Search for MYOB Payglobal
- Click Connect
- Check the Enabled checkbox
- Enter Basic details
Payglobal hosted SFTP servers will require hostname of ftp.myobpayglobal.com

Encryption
Select the Use basic auth checkbox - Fill out the Import Profile
- Enter Import directory details starting with /. eg /Outbound, /EmployeeExport
This directory will be where BundyPlus live will import an employee file generated by MYOB Payglobal - Enable the checkbox to enable importing groups within the employee file
- Enable the checkbox to enable importing Annual leave totals within the employee file
- Employees can only view this value in the BundyPlus Now App
- Select the Leave pay item to display - Must have an existing leave pay item

- Enter Import directory details starting with /. eg /Outbound, /EmployeeExport
- Fill out the Export Profile
- Enter Export directory details followed by a '/'
This directory will be where BundyPlus Live will create the employee clocking text file usually the noted 'Inbound' folder on the SFTP server. - Select the export file type
- TXT
- CSV
- Enter Export directory details followed by a '/'
- Click Save
Creating your Payrun
- Go to Settings
- Click on Payruns
- Click on Add Payrun
- Enter Name of the payrun. Eg. Payglobal, Weekly, PG etc
- Click Next
- Leave the date details as this does not affect the transactions being sent
- Change the integration type to MYOB Payglobal

Select your required file format:
- Timesheet clockings
All clocking events will be exported on the next scheduled export defined in step 6. - Timesheet clockings (Approval)
This will require timesheets be approved before they are able to be exported. Enable approval levels here

Check Do you want to schedule automatic importing? and select an Export Frequency
- Hourly: Import employees every hour on the hour. eg, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm etc
- Daily: Import daily at a specified time.
- Weekly: Import weekly at a specified day and time.
- Manual: Import only when clicking the Import Now button in the Settings > Payruns screen
Note: This Import Now button will always appear for any mode to allow for ad-hoc import requirements
- Hourly: Import employees every hour on the hour. eg, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm etc

- Daily: Export daily at a specified time.
- Weekly: Export weekly at a specified day and time.

Manual: Export only when clicking the Import Now button in the Settings > Payruns screen

- Click Next
- Click Next
- Check the option to enable payrun as default
- Click Save
You have now successfully connected and configured your MYOB Payglobal payrun.
Import Employees manually
Ensure you have the employee file ready in the SFTP Server
- Go to Settings
- Click on Payruns
- Click on the Import Now button under the Auto Import column against the payrun you have created.
Note: Once this is complete, the employee file in the SFTP server will be DELETED - This will start the import process and create all employees present in the employee file.
You have now successfully imported all employees.
