MRI OnLocation

This integration will allow you to seamlessly sync your employee attendance details between BundyPlus Live and MRI OnLocation. This guide will take you through the configuration steps.

Requirement/s:
MRI OnLocation API Key - Find/Create your API key here.

Important Note: Only clockings made from a physical Uface Series time clock will be exported to MRI OnLocation.

Configure the Integration

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Integrations
   
3. Search for MRI OnLocation
4. Click Connect
   
5. Enable the integration by selecting the checkbox.
6. Paste the API Key provided by MRI OnLocation
7. Enter the Clocking Window Restriction.
   Note: This restriction ensures that an employee cannot clock in within 'X' hours of their last clock out value.
8. Click Test
9. If successful, Click Save
   

You have now integrated MRI OnLocation. Now we need to define the Time clocks and their locations.

Configure Time Clock Locations

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Time Clock Terminals under the Basic heading
3. Click on the Model text for the time clock at Head Office 1 (as our example)
   
4. Update the WOL location which will automatically update the External ID field above.
   
5. Click Save
6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for each remaining time clock without an External ID.
7. Your Time Clock Terminals screen should now display an external ID with each device.
   

Your MRI OnLocation Payrun
There is no requirement for creating a payrun with this integration. BundyPlus will export the data to OnLocation as employees clock during the day. 

You are now fully configured with your OnLocation system.
