Please follow each section to ensure mobile app onboarding can be as seamless as possible.
Downloading your BundyPlus Now App
- Go to your Native mobile app store
Apple - App Store
Android - Play Store
- Search for BundyPlus Now
- Download the app
Accepting your BundyPlus Email invite
- Open the email via your Native email app (Not Gmail)
Apple - Mail app
Android - Samsung Mail app
- Click Accept Invitation – This will open a new browser on your phone
- Click on Continue in App – This will open the BundyPlus live App
- Let the app load and redirect you to the final onboarding screens
- The first screen will ask you to Sign Up – Click Let’s go
- The second screen will ask you to Set your password – Click Save after
- The third and final screen will ask you to confirm your First and Last name – Click Lets go!
Note: You are only fully onboarded once step 7 is complete.
You are now good to start clocking!
Troubleshooting
Q. The phone doesn't do anything after I click on Continue in App
Solution 1: Open the Invitation email in one of the Native mail apps above
Solution 2: Copy the Accept invitation link and paste it onto your Mobile phone browser (Chrome/Safari)
Q. The Mobile app is asking to put in a Username and Password but a password hasn't been set.
Solution 1: Click the Accept invitation link again. After clicking the Continue in App button, do not tap the screen and the app will redirect you to where to go.
Q. An email was not received from our system
Solution 1: Check the email spam folder
Solution 2: Confirm your email is correct with the account holder
Solution 3: Request the account holder to resend the invite by going to Employee > Edit Employee > Login Tab > Click send invite under the save button.
Solution 4: Your email address may be blocking emails from our system. Contact BundyPlus Support to confirm this
Q. I cannot click on either of the buttons (Continue in app OR Install App)
Solution 1: This is because you are clicking on the invite link via your web browser. If the employee only has access to the mobile app, all onboarding should be done via the employees mobile phone. (Accepting invite and downloading the app)
Q. The email i am receiving details 'Mobile App Instructions' and has no invite/links?
Solution 1: This is because you have clicked on the 'Email setup instructions' button instead of triggering an Invite email method. See invite methods below:
