By using the forgot password on the login page of the BundyPlus Now App, you will be able to reset your password.
This guide is intended only for users logging in through the Mobile App
- Go to the BundyPlus Now App
- Click on the Forgot Password? link
- You will be redirected to the Reset Password screen
- Enter your Email
- Click Continue
- You will be sent to a screen where you add the code that is has been sent to your email
- Find your email. It will look similar to this:
- Copy the code
- Paste/enter it into the app
- Enter your new password twice ensuring it meets our password security standards
- Click Continue
- You will then be redirected to the BundyPlus Login screen
- Login with your Email and New password
FAQ
Q. Why am i not receiving an email
A. Multiple reasons:
- The email is being sent to your spam folder - Look in your spam folder
- Your account may have been archived by your accounts administrator - Confirm with your account administrator
- You are solely a Web browser user - Action the forgot password process via the BundyPlus Website (my.bundyplus.com.au)
- If none of the above apply, call BundyPlus support on 03 9873 0355 and we can assist where we can.
Q. Why will BundyPlus not save my new password
A. The password has not met our security standards. Once it meets this, it will allow you to save your new password.
