ELMO

ELMO's integration with BundyPlus Live allows you to directly import/export employee timesheet data to streamline your payroll process.

This article will detail how to configure the API interface.

First, you will need the following:

• ELMO Customer Code
• ELMO Login Details (Username and Password)
• ELMO Configuration requirements:
  Payroll level: 'Use Clocking Devices?' enabled in Payroll > Payroll Setup > Payroll Maintenance > Payroll Settings > Under the 'Other' heading.
  Employee level: Clocking Method set to 'Use Clocking Device' in the employee profile

Configuring the API

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > ELMO
2. Tick the Enabled checkbox
3. Enter your ELMO Customer code
   
4. Enter your Login Details (Username + Password)
   
5. (Optional) Check the Import Clockers only checkbox to only import employees that have specifically been given access to 3rd party devices
6. (Optional) Check the 'Enable filtered Employee importing' checkbox and enter the Payroll Name to only import employees of a this Payroll.
7. Click Save and Test to ensure the details are correct
8. Click Save
   

Create your Payrun

1. Go to Settings > Payruns > Add Payrun
2. Enter Details and go Next
3. Leave the date details as this does not affect the transactions being sent
4. Change export type to ELMO
5. Check Do you want to schedule automatic exporting? and select an Export Frequency
6. Check Do you want to schedule automatic importing? and select an Import Frequency
7. Click Next
8. Click Next (You will import your employees into this Payrun once the API is connected)
9. Click Save

Import Employees

1. Go to Settings > Payruns
2. Click on the Import Employees Now button under the Auto Import Column
   • This will now start the employee import process into BundyPlus Live
3. Once the import process is complete, you can go to the Employees section and see your list of employees

You have now successfully configured your ELMO API.
