Register an Employee (Cloud Connected)

Your time clock will download the list of employees from your cloud account as it has already been connected and configured on leaving BundyPlus production.

If you don't require your time clock connected to the cloud system, please view this guide here.

All you will need to do is register an image with each employee.

1. Tap on the Settings icon at the bottom right
2. Type ‘password’ as the password (or configured otherwise)
3. Tap User Management
4. Tap on any Employee
5. Depending on your registration requirement:
   • Face recognition:
     1. Tap on the + under the Registration Photo heading
        The picture is taken almost instantly, so ensure the employee is ready for the photo to be taken.
        
     2. Take 3 photos
   • Card recognition
     1. Scroll down to Permission Information
     2. Ensure the Card option is enabled
     3. Scroll back up and tap on Enroll card No. next to the Card No. field
     4. Hover the card at the bottom of the time clock
     5. If successful, the popup window will disappear and a card number will be assigned in the Card No. field.
        If this does not work, there may be a card compatibility issue - call support on 039873 0355.
   • Password Recognition
     1. Scroll down to Permission Information
     2. Ensure the Password option is enabled
     3. Scroll back up and tap on Open with password (6-digit numbers) field
        
     4. Enter a 6 digit password
     5. Tap on the return key (Bottom right on the keyboard)
6. Tap Save
