Dayforce

Dayforce integrates with BundyPlus Live to streamline payroll by importing/exporting employee profiles and timesheet data.

This guide explains how to set up the API.

First, you will need the following:

Requirements

• In Dayforce: Create an API user with the appropriate 
• Dayforce Client
• Dayforce Host
• Dayforce Username
• Password
• Dayforce Host
• Identity server

Configuring Dayforce API User and Roles

Configuring the API

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Integrations
3. Search for Dayforce
4. Click connect on Dayforce
   
5. Tick the Enabled checkbox
6. Enter your Dayforce credentials
7. Click Save

Create your Payrun

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Payruns
3. Click on Add Payrun
4. Enter Details and go to Next
5. Leave the date details, as this does not affect the transactions being sent
6. Change export type to Dayforce
7. Check Do you want to schedule automatic exporting? and select an Export Frequency
8. Check Do you want to schedule automatic importing? and select an Import Frequency
9. Click Next
10. Click Next (You will import your employees into this Payrun once the API is connected)
11. Click Save

Import Employees

1. Go to Settings > Payruns
2. Click on the Import Employees Now button under the Auto Import Column
   • This will now start the employee import process into BundyPlus Live
3. Once the import process is complete, you can go to the Employees section and see your list of employees

You have now successfully configured your Dayforce API.
