There will be cases where an employee has forgotten to clock in or out. This will mean the employee timesheet will require a clocking to be added to round out the payable hours in the day. As a manager/supervisor/payroll officer you will need to contact the employee to confirm what time the employee was had started/finished working.
Once confirmed, From the timesheet screen:
- Click anywhere in the 'Clock-In Clock-Out' cell of the day with timesheet records you would like to edit:
- Click the 'Add' button in the popup window:
- Enter the time the employee clocked in (In the case above):
- Click Save
- Click Back
You have now added the timesheet clocking on behalf of your employee.
