To correctly set up a calendar event, please do the following.
- Click Calendar Events
- Click New
- Fill in your Calendar event details
See descriptions below:- Name - Name the Calendar Event E.g. New Years Day
- Export text - Assign it a name for the Export Text
- Date - Set the date for the Calendar Event
- Display order - Number of which you want to see this on the Calendar Events List
- Group By - Select how you want to assign this Calendar Event
- Pay run name - Select the Pay Run you want to apply this Calendar Event to
- Work Rule - Assign the Work Rule you want to apply this Calendar Event to
- Notes - Write any Notes that apply to this Calendar Event
- Show Item - Show this Calendar Event to ensure it will be seen in the Calendar Event list
- You have now created a Calendar Event.
