Keeping BundyPlus Live up to date with current employees is a simple task and all managed by the MYOB Business system.
BundyPlus Live treats MYOB Business as the Master database and will always align itself to the active employee list in MYOB. If you want to archive an employee in BundyPlus Live, a setting must be changed in MYOB Business.
Requirements

Your 'BundyPlus Live' account must be directly integrated with MYOB Business.
Note: MYOB Business (File) is incompatible with this process.
Updating your Employee/s
Cloud process:
- Log into MYOB Business (AccountRight)
- Go to Employees
- Edit the Employee Profile
- Click on the Payroll Details
- Check the 'Inactive Employee' checkbox
- Click Save
Desktop process:
- Go to Card File
- Click on Cards List
- Click on the Employees Tab
- Edit an Employee Profile
- Check the 'Inactive Employee' checkbox
- Click OK
This change will take effect the next time BundyPlus Live and MYOB Business are scheduled to synchronise OR when the 'Import Now' button is actioned in 'BundyPlus Live'.
Manually action the resync between BundyPlus Live and MYOB Business
- Log into BundyPlus Live
- Go to Settings
- Go to Payruns
- Click on the Import Now button
- All required changes in MYOB will now be reflected in 'BundyPlus Live'
