This feature is the best way to ensure all onboarded employees have their profile configured as they are added into BundyPlus live.
Requirement/s:
- A payrun MUST be created prior to configuring anything in this screen. Find your payroll Interface here to create your payrun. Create your Payrun here

Onboarding Defaults
This section solely configures employee payroll details as below- Will Employees use timesheets? - This will provide employees access to timesheet functionality including clocking onto time clock and mobile devices.
- Starting card ID - This is used by BundyPlus Live as default when adding new employee in case you do not have one to assign.
- Default payrun* - All employees added manually or via bulk import will be assigned to this payrun.
- Default timezone - Employee profiles will be set to this timezone.
The section will configure an employees job costing access if Job costing is enabled and if it is a feature of your BundyPlus plan.
- Track Job Costing? - Enabling this option will grant all employees access to the Job costing feature when created in BundyPlus Live.
The section will configure an employees access to the BundyPlus Live system-
Allow Internet browser access (BundyPlus Live)** - Provides employees access to my.bundyplus.com
Note: This is primarily granted to Managers/Supervisors - Allow mobile app access (BundyPlus Now)** - Provides employees access to the BundyPlus Now app
- Allow time clock access - Provides employee access to clock in and out of time clocks

Invite expires after - All browser/app invites will expire after the time set here.
