Note: MYOB Acumatica Payroll is formerly known as MYOB Advanced Payroll
This integration will allow you to seamlessly sync your employee attendance details between BundyPlus Live and MYOB Acumatica Payroll (File). This guide will take you through the configuration steps.
Requirements
- Timesheets are required to be approved before exporting is possible.
- Pay item export text must match MYOB Acumatica Payroll pay item ID's
Configure the Integration
- Go to Settings
- Click on Integrations under advanced
- Search for MYOB Acumatica Payroll (File)
- Click Connect
- Check the Enabled checkbox
- Select Email delivery method
- Enter a notification email address you would like the export file to be sent.
- Click Save
Create your MYOB Payrun
- Go to Settings
- Click on Payruns under the Payroll section
- Click Add Payrun at the top right
- Enter the Payrun Name. eg. MYOB, Weekly etc
- Click Next
- Enter how often do you run your pay cycle and start date
- Select the Export type as MYOB Acumatica (File)
- Click Next
- Select the employees you wish to assign to this payrun
- Click Next
- Check the option to "...make this your onboarding default payrun".
- Click Save

- Bulk import pay items
- In MYOB Acumatica Payroll, Map Employee and Pay item External IDs to match Internal ID
