The data in the timeclock is always safe, the timeclock has an internal battery with a 10-year life span to ensure you cannot lose any data. Alternatively, you have the option to purchase a backup battery that will ensure the clocks continued operation for approx 5 hours. On the event you are able to restore mains supply within 5 hours, there will be no interruption to the use of the timeclock.
