This guide will detail how to configure and connect your Face Clock to your network:
Note: You will need your IT department to provide you with an IP address that is outside of the DHCP range.
- Press M/OK to enter the Time Clock Settings/Configuration Menu
- Go to COMM
- Press M/OK
- Go down to Wireless Network
- Press M/OK
- Press M/OK to turn WiFi ON
- Select your Wifi and the credentials
- Press M/OK
- Go down to Advanced and press M/OK
- Turn DHCP ON
- Press ESC
- Press ESC
- Press M/OK
- Go up and Press M/OK, to enter into Ethernet Settings
- Go down the list to DHCP and turn it OFF by pressing M/OK
- Go up the list and press M/OK to edit the IP address
- Type in the IP address that has been given to you by your IT department
- Press M/OK to save
- Change any other fields that are necessary for the clock to communicate over the network.
Note: Do not change the TCP COMM. Port away from 4370 - Press ESC to exit the Settings
You have now connected your time clock to your network provided the details are all correct.
